How to Fill Schedule A? URGENT HELP NEEDED

hello experts,
I have been asked to upload Schedule A along with my travel history.
Schedule A's question 2 says to write my name in my native language and it is only possible if i print the form and write it down and then upload a scan copy. will this be acceptable? or I have to do everything electronically?
the request letter for Schedule A form in my CIC account also says that "A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE"
now again original signature is only possible if i print and upload scan copy.
I am not sure if I am suppose to print, sign, date and write my name in my native language or ignore my name in my native language and do everything electronically.. please help as i have only 2 days left to upload

"Type or Print in black ink" If i'm not mistaken I believe it says that.

Hi. I have similar question. Should I take printout and sign it and then scan it to pdf?

It is a must to sign it in handwriting then you can scan it again. Make sure to validate the form validating the form generates a barcode assigned to your application. Check below for further assistance.

Thanks for response. I don't find validate button in the form. Just Save, Reset and Print. Am I missing something?

Validation apply for Generic form IMM 0008 it should be on top of the first page blue color. In fact two options.
1 validate
2. Clear form

If you still do not see you might have an outdated form.

I am filling the IMM5669 (06-2019) E Schedule A Background/Declaration form. And this is the latest version and this form doesn't have validate button.
Am I missing something?
