Hi, i was wondering in IMM5669 on Personal history...if i need more room and need to attach extra sheet for information.

Do you normally start filling the list on the form..then at the end put continues on attached paper?

Or do you put on the form attached paper? and the full list goes in the extra sheet?
How do you normally put on the actual form that theres attached papers answering that question?

Finally..in the last 8 months, i have been in Canada as a visitor with an extended stay...but im still owner of my business and keep my job title just out of office. I had to explain all this and send proof on my visitor extension application but in this PR application they never ask for proof of business or current job.

So..can my last activity still be my job title, on canada with a visitor status? and maybe mention out of office? or how should i approach this?

I would really appreciate any comments!!!
 
Sorry forgot to say..can my last activity be just visiting partner? even if i still have my job..im just confused of how to fill the part of me being in canada as a tourist. thanks
 
I just filled out the part in the questionnaire and then added an extra sheet with the questionnaire number, my name the question number and a basic table for the added info in the same kind of order it was in the questionnaire. I dont think it really matters as long as you make it really clear what it relates to and you provide the information they ask for in the table.

Sorry I can't help with the other part, maybe senior members can assist with that.
 
I am not sure, but I think you should mention your job, even if it is not in Canada. I am employed by Polish company, and I do job for them (virtually), so yes, it is not Canadian job, but very much I am mentioning it.
