How to Fill in the BIODATA form?

I have received email from CPP-O and they request to fill in the biodata form which is html format.

How to fill in the culumns?

Or take a screenshot and fill out the form in MS Paint or whatever, save as PDF and email back to CIC.

That is just your name and heigt, eye color, thay's it. extremely simple.

Anyone interested in a fillable BIODATA pdf form, you could fill on your computer, save as pdf and then
email back to CIC?

As the form does not require a signature, I don't think it has to be filled out by hand.
What do you guys think?

If computer filled forms would be enough, I'd take a few mins tomorrow night and convert the HTML file
to a fillable pdf form.
