hello i am here in Canada and my spouse is still in India

i want to file SOWP on her behalf and i want to submit file for my spouse

i mean after giving answers on gc key application form that come on the screen was work permit outside canada so if i attach all the documents and pays fee and submit from canadian Internet will it going to be considered as application outside of canada or inside of canada ?

you mean if i apply and submit application for her from here in canada by chosing her current residing country then also application will going to be considered as outside canada
