My marriage was registered before coming to canada as per my parents wish, but it seems that it didn't work out.
We have lost contacts for more than 1 1/2 years.. We ahven't included him in any of my immigration documents as my parents wanted me to go back after finishing my studies and take the wedding and come back ...
I want to get over this marriage and move on with my life .
How can this be done without going to SL ?
And if my spouse dosen't want to sign the divorce papers are there any other solutions ?
