My son has finished and graduated from the high school, then he joint a college of science for two years, now he got the confirmation of PR in Canada,
so can you advise me the right method how searching a college and will they evaluate what ever he studied, and what are the requirements, how is he going to find the proper university for him in Toronto (facilities to find a university, agents, direct to university, or internet .... etc)

Once he arrives in Canada, he can look into universities. There are 3 universities in Toronto, University of Toronto, Ryerson University and York University. He can submit his college document to world education service. He can do this before arriving in Canada. I advice that you order and bring along a couple of transcripts to Canada as it is often difficult to get documents from back home once you are in Canada. Although you may try, dont assume he will be able to recieve credit for the 2 years he has spent back home. However, it is possible that those two years may ease his ability to be able to gain admission to a university or college in Canada (depending on his grade and reputation of his previous university).

Lastly colleges are different from universities in Ontario. Colleges usually grant diplomas (although they may grant a few degrees); universities grant degrees, including undergraduate and graduate degrees. I assume you meant that he finished 2 years of university.

Tell him to search this two site. This will provide an introduction for him.
