How to enter Name

Hi everyone,

I'm Vietnamese and my name on the passport are this order: Do Tra My
Last name: Do
Middle name: Tra
First name: My

My degrees are from the US, and on the diploma it's in this order: Do Tra My

For Express Entry profile, at first I only put in Given name and Surname, which is My Do but now I'm getting confused. Should I include the Middle name too? If now, in what order should it be entered?

My name on passport says Do Tra My.

The barcode section has my fullname written in this order Do Tra My. How should I enter it for express entry profile then?
