How to enter continuous trip

am currently adding my physical presence trips and i am a little confused.

If i travelled from Canada to Morocco

Then Morocco to portugal

Then portugal to spain

This is all one trip. Do i need a separate entry for each country? I spent two weeks in Morocco and 5 days each at the others.
also i am confused if i need to enter separate entry, that mean i will put a date in the "date you returned to canada" that is not accurate

1 trip, to the first country. Add "also visited Portugal and Spain" in the details section. No need for details beyond that.
