How to do : Work overlap in online citizenship application

Could anyone did online application with overlap work.
could you please explain how to do it !

Applicant worked full-time as IT Professional for 'ABC Company' from Jan 3rd 2022 to December 5th 2022. He also worked part-time as receptionist for 'XYZ Corp.' from March 5th 2022 to May 8th 2022. He enrolled in a program at 'PQR College' from Jan 9th 2022 to September 15th 2022. The following should be mentioned in 'work and school' section:
a)From: Jan 2022 To December 2022
Occupation or activity: IT Professional
Employer or educational institution: ABC Company

b) Mar 2022 to May 2022
Occupation or activity: Receptionist
Employer or educational institution: XYZ Corp.

c)Jan 2022 to September 2022
Occupation or activity: Student
Employer or educational institution: PQR College
