How to do upfront medical

One of my friend has got rprf request but hasn't got mail for medical. He wana do upfront medical. What documents he need. Cause i guess, he will need email or medical letter , one i got in my email request.

You would go to the doctor, ask for a medical exam. Take passport and work permit. He will ask "under which category?", you can say "Worker". After that they will fill up all forms and complete your medical. Then he will give you a piece of paper that will have your medical information. You need to scan and email that information to Ottawa.

BUT since your friend already got his RPRF, I highly suggest he waits for MR. Or maybe he will not be asked for MR at all, if he had any of medical in last year or so.
