How to do ECA when holding both Bachelor's and Master's degree

Hi,

I have bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Masters in Software Engineering. Would like to know whether I need to do ECA for both degrees. Kindly advise.

Found the below FAQ in the CIC website, but not sure whether there will be any exceptions.
