How to demonstrate Common-Law Partenership

Hi!
I am Italian and I will apply for a temporary work permit for one year.
I would apply also for my girlfriend (she is from Colombia).
How can we demonstrate our relationship? we live together since one year and half but we don't have any document that show it and we are not married!

You must show proof that you have lived together for at least one full year. So accepted evidence would be things like rental agreements covering a year showing both of your names, utility bills covering a year showing both of your names, credit card / bank statements showing both of your names and with the same address for a year, etc.
