How to correct the marital status which is erroneously filled for WP Visa

Hi,

I am on a skilled Work Permit Visa and however erroneously filled as Single in the marital status and now I am puzzled on how to correct this now. Kindly guide me on a way to correct this.

If I have to apply for PR and if I provide my marital status as Married, what will be the implication as in my current WP visa the marital status is said as Single and now I am working in Canada and what if my marriage date is prior to processing my WP visa.

I need a way to correct this. Please suggest. I would appreciate your suggestions in this regard.

Fill the form again and indicate maried this time. Send to the review office with an explanation note attached, explaining the error and requesting the new form with correct status be added to your file, cheers.
