How to Convert Federal Skill Application to Provincial Nominee Application?

Hi,

I have recently been approved by AINP and awaiting the package. I have however not recieved AOR from Buffalo office yet but my check was encashed.. I am wondering what options do I have.
a) Is there a possibility, if I can convert my application provincial nominee with out with drawing?
b) If I have to withdraw do they will adjust the money that I have paid during my FSW application?

Or Is there anyone in the forum who has converted their application tp PNP after applying FSW?

Hi Jaideep

I don't think it would be necessary to withdraw your 'Federal' application. Once you have the documents, you would be able to submit your PNP application and give proper reference to your earlier application.

I am sure the two would be correlated and your PNP application would be considered on merits.
