My wes status is showing the same for last 2 weeks that"waiting for verification from institution" bt my university authority is saying that, they didn't get any mail from wes. what can I do?

U may contact wes through " contact us form " on wes website, they will respond you next day, do provide your id.

Dear send them a polite email on above address saying your university got no verification email from wes. They will resend it within 2-3 days.

Nope the problem is nt solved. Wes resend the mail to university. But the authority again said that they didnt get any mail. Dont understand wht to do

Okay now they didn't get the email or they didn't get the content attachment from wes ? Which university is that? If they didn't get the email attachment than tell them to reply wes with your verified transcript and certificate. That will do.

They didnt get any mail from wes. My uni is UGC approved and i am from bangladesh. I cant understand the problem. Wes is mailing me that they send the verification mail and my uni is saying they dont get it. I am in a very big dilemma.
