How to contact IRB?

Hello,

I changed my address after submitting my refugee claim. I informed IRCC by phone and my lawyer informed IRB by submitting the notification form. How can I confirm with IRB that they have my current address recorded correctly in their system?

Also, can my lawyer ask IRB about my application status and request for expedited processing under less complex cases?

I suggest you call IRCC after a while to check if they changed your adress, because for 2 months they had my previous address even though i called them and provided the new one. You can call the IRB at 4169541000 I found the number in the refugee kit provided to me. When I called them, the agent provided all the info I wanted but I got the impression that i shouldn't call for these concerns because she told me you can contact your lawyer for any questions you have, but she was nice and understanding.
