Hello All,

My CRS score is stuck @445 and no chance of further improvement. Recently, my brother has received COPR and will do soft landing next month in Canada. I have following questions:

1. Can I add my brothers point right now since he has got COPR or I will have to wait till he gets actual PR card?

2. What documents will be required for sibling proof? passport/ living certificates etc?

3. What Canadian documents will be required? Bank account, utilities bill?

I really appreciate if you could answer this.

You have to wait till he is actually residing in Canada. If he's just doing a soft landing, you can't get the points, and if you try and claim them anyway, it's misrepresentation.

If he does move here, you'll need to provide proof. A drivers license, lease agreement, utility bills, etc. Easy to provide if he's actually living here.
