I am currently applying as a common law for permanent residency. Can anyone help me choose between two different classes that I can apply under?

I am currently living in Canada and I have a study permit expiring in 3 months.

My first option is Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class and My second option in applying under family class currently living in Canada.

I have heard that family class is better and the process is faster and I will have the right of apeal in case I get rejected but the good point for Spouse class is I can get a work permit for my stay if needed after my graduation in 3 months.

Any body thinks that it is a good idea that I apply under family class and again apply for a work permit in 3 months (when I graduated)?

Thanks

Speed depends of which country you´re from, even being in Canada.

I thiknk you have to decide this depending on your particular situation, if you want a WOrk Permit or not, and if you want to travel while your PR is in process.
