Hello World,
I am a 22-year-old human being. I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from back home in India. I am currently enrolled in a one-year post-grad 'computer programming' course in a college in Ontario, Canada. I am thinking of taking up another one-year course to get a 3-year work visa in Canada. I've been told by my friends that both my courses should belong to the same field of study (IT, Business, Engineering, etc.). I am divided between my desire to pursue a one-year course in entrepreneurship (which belongs to the field of Business) or to not-so-willingly pursue a one year course in 'project management' (which is a field related to both Information Technology and Business). Also, I am aware of the fact that it is important that I work in my field of study to get good points when applying for my PR. But if I pursue my second year of study in a different field than the first one, which field of study should be considered for the line of work you should be getting into, to strengthen your PR chances.
So, keeping all the above factors in mind, I'll be very grateful if anyone could uncover the truth and lies in my statements, and provide me with the best path to pursue.
Thank you.
Hail Hydra.
