How to check status of CEC application for an application done by a lawyer?

Hello,
How can I check the status of my application? I'm a CEC applicant. A lawyer had done the application on my behalf but he is a lil unresponsive.

Is there any email id/portal where I can punch in my UCI/ Application number and check its status?
