How to change ny address at IRCC

I recently moved to another basement apartment need to change my address please guide me step by step

I did online address change and it was easy and worked for me

For changing and updating your address with IRCC. You can do it through web form. For IRB i think you need to send them a letter or go in person. You can also try it over the phone i guess.
