How to change last name on PR card?

Hi,
I am currently a Canadian permanent resident for two and half years. I am an indian citizen and my husband is a Canadian citizen. I will be eligible to apply for citizenship this year. I want to change my last name to my husband's last name.
Can anyone tell me what is the procedure for this? My marriage certificate was issued in India.

you will want to go to the CIC website and look up info about geting a new pr card. you will need to pay for a new card, and follow the instructions for getting a new card. I think you will need to change your name in your passport first before you can change your name on your pr card, since both names need to match.

I got married in Indian and want to change my last name on my PR card what should I do? and immigration person told me to certify my marriage certificate but I have the original one ?
