Is there any Form from CA regarding income tax returns needed to carry canadian currency for first time landing in regina sk as PR.?
 
Just the same way I carry your currency to your home country.

There is no tax payable on funds brought to Canada, so no forms are required. If you are bringing over $10,000 in cash or cash equivalents, you must declare it on the white customs deceleration form.

So if over 10K in cash or equivalent declare at your first landing point in Canada which if flying in internationally would assume Regina likely not your first entry point but via a connection.
