My case case status has changed to we started processing your application on 3rd feb 2012. most of my friends received MR after that but I have not heard any news from my agent till now. I am not sure if they check their email as there are some members on forum who had similar problem. I was informed that I can cancel my representative, I got the form but I am not sure how to send it to NDVO. e-mail, fax, post what would be the fastest method?

Please help guys... any similar experience???????????????

Hi!

Its not necessary that every one should receive medical request soon after in process. It varies from case to case. Some people even took considerable amount of time to receive medicals after in process. In my opinion you should not cancel your representative only because of this reason. But if you really want to cancel faxing is the fastest option I have heard and you can also send by scan email.

Thanks

Hi Cocknbull,

I have been experiencing terrified service provided by a Canadian immigration lawyer in Canada.

After 2 years since receiving my 1st deposit, they performed very bad causing the delay in the process. 2 years later, I had to do my own research & coached them what to do with lots of pressures and arising expenses. Finally, just got Nomination from the province. I have paid them 2 times for provincial works and decided not to continue with them for federal steps.

My question: 1) Do I have to use the form "Use of Representative" to declare Cancel Representative and send to the provincial Nominee program (which already issued nomination successfully)?
2) Do I have to attach the form "Use of Representative" to declare Cancel Representative and send to CIO when applying for PR?

Can this bad lawyer affect PNP and/ or CIC to make negative decision on my case?

I am so stressful with this lawyer for years... and still...

Thanks a lot for your sharing!
