How to cancel or delete submitted MPNP EOI

Hello.
I would like to ask help and advice how will I remove or delete a submitted EOI? The reason of I assume a friend of mine was currently residing in Manitoba and I ticked this part on EOI.

Can anybody assist on this matter since I received a mail that EOI is submitted and under review.
