I filled this form: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5476e.pdf and particular sections which I put details in were:
- Section A -> 1, 2, 4
- Section C -> 9
- Section D -> 10
As I wanted to "cancel the representation", so that's why I haven't filled "Section B" as the heading says "APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE" I thought it was not required.
When I submitted this filled form at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html, I explained and provided all the details in the "Enquiry: " section of the web form but today I received an email after 5 days with the following content
