how to calculate one year experience in canada

I have landed Canada on 31st March 2021 and started my job on 28 April 2022, now my question is when I can say I have one year canada experience, as par general calculation it should be 28 april 2022, but some posts suggest its 1st April 2022 and some post are saying its 1560 Hours ( 14.6 week= 15th Feb 2022)

is there any particular way to calculate this?

You need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked at least 30 hours. So you won't have a year until April 28th. You can't use overtime hours to get the 1 year of work experience earlier / faster.
