how to calculate language points

One of my friend's Ielts score is
Listening 7.5
Reading 6.0
Writing. 7.0
Speaking 7.0
Now how to calculate the points.. I'm confused whether writing and speaking will get 5 or 6 points.. Please guide me..thank u very much
