how to bring Spouse ( wife ) and Child to Canada Nova Scotia

hello everyone

I received my temporary work permit in Sydney Nova Scotia and I will be landing there on 8th April 2015.I would like to know that how can I bring my wife and my son to Canada. Please help me with the process and forms.
