Guys,

Can any one please answer my below concern

My Current Status - Applied for CEC in July 2014, received AOR in September 2014, waiting for Medicals. Currently on BOWP which will expire Nov 9 2015.

I am planning to get married this April 2015, How can i bring my wife to Canada? can i first apply work permit for her? and then bring her to Canada and join her file to my CEC application? Can anyone please let me know the best way to get her to Canada? If i apply work-permit to her how long does it take?

Your comments will be very helpful to me

Thank you for your time and Consideration

An American friend of mine was able to bring his Thai wife to Canada by just "adding her name to his work permit". I don't know how he did it. But it is possible. Mind you, he is a lawyer.

Note, she is not able to work unless she applies for a work permit under her own merits.
