Hi!

Can any one share how can book house on rent before landing? And does houses are furnished means to say kitchen appliances, drawing rooms and bed rooms ready with furnitures so once can land and feel as home in that houses?

And what would be the cost of that houses and how can it be booked from home country in advance?

How to choose the area which having all facilities in terms of safety and security and have easy access to markets, hospitals and schools in Misssissauga (Toronto)? and how it would assessed that owner is offering cheap rate and not doing any hanky panky?

[ if you want furnished then it will be very costly and again it depends which area are you planning to live ]

And what would be the cost of that houses and how can it be booked from home country in advance? [ In markham near toronto (this area comes under GTA, Greater Toronto Area), there is place called Ananda Living, look in google. They charge $1200 for 2BR fully furnished, if you know which area you want to live then do a search in google for service apartments, but pl note they will be very costly as I mentioned earlier, the service apartments are not good choice for new immigirants who does not have job in hand , even if someone has then why to spend so much ]

[ Misssissauga is good area besides you can not do all research before coming here, bcoz lot you learn after talking to people around. Best bet would be go for apartments they have better security arrangements. If you want rent with some homeowner, that will again have some safety. Every community have schools and hospitals which are easily apporachable. Food store and other shops are always there in each community]
