Means?

A form following its supporting documents or first all forms then all supporting documents or any other way?

If forms together and document at last then how to keep a seperation?

Re: How to arrange the package?

what application you are submitting?

Re: How to arrange the package?

New spousal sponsorship package.

Re: How to arrange the package?

Ok. First the applications that are requested in the order. Then go through the checklist and it will list all the additional documents and keep that in the same order. After everything is done at last any documents that are not listed.

Any doc that is not listed, like?

I followed the checklist while preparing my package... at the end I had some other support docs to be sent like my wife's insurance policy when she came to Canada as visitor, her medical bills, share bank Account..

How did you bind the documents?

you don't. it clearly suggests there should not be any staples or clips. put everything in a pile, stick in the envelope and mail it out. there's no need to overthink how to submit everything. when IRCC gets the package, it is going to be rearranged per their requirements and any "prettiness" put into the presentation of the forms will be completely undone.

You can check my signature to see some examples. However, this is done with old forms, but you could follow the same...

My wife and I just submitted our paperwork this week and mailed it off. We used the new forms. The order for us was exactly as it is listed on the document checklist, however, I did keep the barcode forms at the top. Any extra sheets of paper we filed in regards to a specific question we made sure to write the form number, ‘section’, and question number and then answered the question. We signed all of these forms and dated them too. It doesn’t say this is required, but we figured it was better to sign everything than not. We placed the “extra sheets” after each form it was related to in the packet.

We used 2 separate envelops. The first being our Sponsorship/PR forms, or as the checklist documents - “Part A+B” of the checklist. We used the second envelope for “Proof of Relationship” and we put a label on the forms which indicated what each is for. We didn’t use any binder clips besides for our stack of 20 photos and we used paperclips for my PR Photos. Per the instructions this is allowed. We left everything else unbound and unstapled. My FBI background check was stapled together from the FBI, so I kept that how I received it. I don’t have the checklist with me but this is how our order went (at least what I can remember).

Barcodes for Sponsor
Barcodes for PR Form
Reciept of Fees (Barcode form)
Document Checklist
Application to Sponsor
Generic Application for PR
Family Information form (PR)
Relationship and Sponsorship Evaluation/Questionnaire form + extra sheets
Part B Cover sheet
Sponsor passport copy
Sponsor proof of employment
Sponsor notice of assessment from Canadian Revenue service
Applicant Passport Copy
Applicant Birth Certificate copy
Marriage certificate
FBI Background Check
Schedule A/Personal History for applicant
(2) PR Photos
E-Medical
Proof of Relationship

*Keep in mind we don't have kids and some of our stuff may differ from what you need to include. Please review the checklist.* We also didn't need any special forms since I'm american and USA doesn't require anything special

new application says no need to submmit medical and PCC.. my wife already done that.. can I send these documents with my package.... I wont think it will harm my application.

I included it in mine, we obtained both before hand as well. As long as it's before Jan 31st I think you'll be fine.
