How to arrange the documents?

Hi,

I'm submitting the application in a few days. I was just wondering how the documents should be arranged. I followed the order in the checklist but the checklist itself is in the middle of the list. Should I place it on top or right where it is in the checklist?

I'm also not very sure where to place the OWP application because I don't want them to not notice it. I placed it after the T5 of my sponsor and right before the supporting documents I'm submitting. I'm using the old kit so it doesn't have a checkbox that says I'm including an OWP application.

Application for the OWP needs to be on it's own with it's backup not together with the PR app---but still mail in the same envelope. Many use separate envelopes that all go in one package.

just put the barcode pages on top, followed by the checklist and everything else in order of the checklist.

Thanks simpsol22 for the tip. Just a side question, IMM5409 is needed for OWP, is it also needed for the sponsorship application?

Both... you can photocopy it and include a note that the original is with the inland PR app...

One last question, the envelope for OWP, does it have to be labelled or does it have to have an address?

When we submitted ours, we used two heavy black paper clips: 1 for PR, 1 for OWP. Same delivery package. They sorted it out.

If the post-itwas under the paper clip it might... or an extra 8.5 x 11 sheet with that written on it.
