how to apply TRV after getting BOWP?

I got BOWP and currently living out side Canada.. Now I need to apply for TRV ...

When I tried online application it is asking to upload offer of employment and other documents..

Please advice if any seniors experienced on this..

Were you in Canada when you applied for BOWP? If not, you weren't eligible and will find it difficult to get a TRV.
You complete the TRV as a visitor, on the IMM 5257 you select returning worker.
