How to apply spousal open work permit for your spouse when you are applying study permit.

Can anyone help me with this? Do i choose visitor or open work permit in the application process?

Open work permit. Keep in mind work permits are not guaranteed and applying at the same time as for a study permit could lead to a refusal of both applications, especially if you're not going for a master's degree or PhD.
