In general it is very hard to find an employer willing to hire you on a WP. The exception are jobs where there is a shortage of Canadians who are qualified to do these jobs or in jobs where those in Canada who are already eligible to work are not willing to do the jobs. If for example you are a licensed nurse then there may be a way to come to Canada because Canada has a shortage of all types or nurses and other caregivers. Canada ha welcomed a few million people in the past 5 years and many are looking for work at the moment so is is difficult for people without the legal ability to work in Canada to find employment at the moment.
