Will advice you hand sign the forms and send by courier to your husband.

The complete application package as required in the Spousal Sponsorship Checklist should be sent to IRCC Mississauga.....refer Checklist for address.

The original copy of the Police Certificate and Principal Applicant Photo should be included in the application package.

Well you could do that but IRCC advice that you hand sign the forms.........IRCC may accept the forms with scanned signature, but if for whatever reason they decide to ask for you to re-submit them with hand written signature.....that may cause delay......which you don't want....

If you mail the hand signed documents by paid registered courier like DHL.......in 3 to 5 days your husband will receive them just in time.

Refer......the Sponsorship Guide..
After you validate the forms to generate barcodes, print the form. Then, the applicable client must sign the form in ink. Unsigned forms will not be accepted.

you only need to include a copy and not the original for the supporting documents like educational documents, national identity cards, birth certificate etc.
