Hi,
As per the new job category list, IT has been removed and can't apply for PR is this category.
Since I am a IT person, can someone please suggest is there any other option to move to Canada and get a PR.

Or If I apply for a study visa and later once my study completes than I shall apply for PR.

Please suggest.
Thanks
Shiny

If you can get a job offer (AEO), you can still apply under the skilled worker program.

If you decide to go by the way of study permit, you could study for 2 years, get a post grad work permit, work for one year and then apply for PR under Canadian experience class.

There is also a possibility to be sponsored by an employer through a provincial nominee program.

Hi Leon, Thanks for the reply.
I want to file PR from India only and I dont have any offer letter from canadian employer.

But can please tell me if is there any alternate to still file a PR from here only, I mean is there any way out without holding any offer letter or else I have only option left to apply for Study visa and later I will apply for PR once study completed.

One more option is Quebec skilled worker which doesn't require a job offer but it's hard to get enough points for them unless you know French.
