How to apply for PR in canada - Suggestions Please

Hi friends, I am currently studying in canada 1 year post graduation in hospitality and tourism management program, after completion of my course I will get 1 year work permit, so can any body suggest me how to go further and plan to apply for PR. I have more than three years of work experience in the same field.

1 year study program is excluded from CEC class and in Ontario foreign student category, which means that in order for you to apply for a PR, you need to obtain two years of skilled work experience to be eligible in either CEC or foreign worker category (Ontario).

If you live in other province you need to go their individual site to check for the requirements. I'm not familiar with NS, SK, AB or BC provinces.
