How to apply for PNPs?

I am INTERNAL AUDITOR from Pakistan while my husband is DENTIST ...breakup of CRS score is as follows:

Age 65
Education 119
Language 102
Spouse - Education 10
Spouse - Language 16
Skill Education 25
Skill Foreign Work Experience 25
TOTAL 362

i already have a profile in Express Entry...how to apply for PNPs??? pls help////i have heard few PNPs are opened now.....( only marking in express entry about your priority of province will not automatically receive nomination??? how to apply?)

You can apply under Nova Scotia and Manitoba.
