How to apply for PNP

I am planning to apply in EE, still have to create profile. I am wondering if we can directly apply to PNP which will increase our chances to be selected for PR.

Any suggestions?

Which province? Because every province has its own requirements to be eligible for their PNP. If you meet them, sure go ahead

I am looking for ON. Does anyone know the requirements for ON and when we can apply ?

Do you live or have lived in Ontario while studying/working? If not, then I don't think you can apply.

I have never worked in Canada nor I studied there.
