how to apply for Open work permit in PR CEC application

Hi,
I am applying for PR under CEC, my current work permit is expiring and I want to avail that option of open work permit which comes with submission of PR application. I've not seen any provision to check/opt for open work permit. Could any one tell me how to do that?

I don't think there is any option to apply for open work permit along with PR application. The BOWP is a separate process. Please search this forum, you will lots of information about when and how to apply BOWP.

do I need to submit some application(IMM 5710 that I would be applying for BOWP later upon receiving ACR) along with CEC application forms??

I came across below conditions on CIC site..

"Bridging Open WP – Eligibility Parameters

To be eligible for a bridging open WP, the following parameters must be met:

The foreign national is currently in Canada;
They have valid status on a WP that is due to expire within 4 months;
They have received a positive eligibility decision on their PR application under one of the Economic Class programs above; and
They have made application for an open WP." This last condition is confusing, I am wondering if I need to specify about BOWP requirement....
