Hi. Not sure why you started another thread about the same thing. Implied status is not something you can apply for and if it were, being a PGWP holder you do not qualify. If as you say you plan to leave three months after your permit expires then you need to change your status to visitor when your permit expires.
You dont apply for Implied status. You get a implied status after your current work permit expires only if you apply for extension or change of status before the current WP expires. You should leave the country if you dont apply for anything.
