How to apply for a visit visa online for family members residing in India?

I am a Canadian citizen and want to apply for my mom,sister & aunt for a Canadian visit visa.

I want to know whether I need to create a account with my name and then apply for them ? or do I need to create individual online account in Canada immigration website for each of the family member and then apply for them separately.

I will be filling their documents and paying their fees. Any guidance in this regard is highly appreciated.

If your sister is under 22, then she is a dependant of your mother so one account. If not, they all have their own accounts and apply separately with their own funds, travel history, ties to home country and reasons to travel.

You do not apply for your mom or sister or aunt's TRV. You can invite them (letter of invitation for their visit). You can pay for the application fees (IRCC do not care who pay the fees).
It's their own applications. If your sister is under 22, she is a dependent of your mom and can be applied under 1 application (your mom's). Your aunt needs her own application.
They need to qualify for the TRV based on their own finance, travel history and family ties to home country.
