Re: How to apply for a Student Visa in Canada from india with 14 years edu. gap

Hi,

Myself Binjal Shah from Gujarat , India

I am in searching of information regarding Canadian student visa with having almost 14 years educational gap. Inspire of that I want to add some details that I had leaved in London UK as 7 years overstayed from 2003 to 2009 and was working there as shop assistant in frenchices store. After coming back to India since then to till date I am working as admin officer in private ltd. Company. But I want to have batter future so I am thinking to go to Canada on student visa. I am married and I have 2 childs and my husband has his own business. I want to go Canada with my family. Is it possible to go Canada with 14 years education gap.

I also want to inform u that we were not deported from U.K.

I had studied M.Com. B.Ed in HRM with distinction and as university 2nd rank.

So if with this gap I can apply for student visa then with which ILTS I have to go whether I have to go for acedemic or general. Please give me your suggestions.

Waiting for your reply

Thanks and regards
Binjal Shah

Post your question to the International Students section of the forum. It will likely be difficult to get approved with a 7 year overstay in the UK.
