Please help me to apply express entry visa by myself without getting help from consultancies.. I am qualified with following details

Age: 26 Born Dec 1989
Marital Status : Married
Degrees : Master Degree
Work Exp : 4 Yrs and 4 Months

how much score i must get in IELTS and spouse should score?

else whether i can apply for me alone..

Please tell me the procedures... and how much amount i should spend for getting this visa?
