How to apply CCTB and UCTB in my situation

Hi my kid was born oversea but is a Canadian. We just moved back to Canada.
My wife is not a PR just a visitor. I am a Canadian.
So how do we apply for CCTB and UCTB in my situation? Can i put my wife as appllelant? or i have the be the appllelant?
It seems very complicated if father being the primary appllelant?
