I have a friend who will obtain her MBA degree after two-year studies in the University of Regina. According to the policies, she should obtain a three-year post graduate work permit. But now she wants to work at Montreal, Quebec. Then how should she obtain the work permit in this case?
I suppose she should get the CAQ first, and then attach the CAQ with other documents required for the work permit to send to CIC. Is this correct?
And, does she need an offer from any employer at Montreal or permanant contract? Does the employer at Montreal need to prepare any procedures such as LMO for she?
