Hello everybody,

I would really like to be informed about these points regarding my spouse sponsorship case.
If anybody knows information about one or more of them or if anyone knows a link that answers my inquiries that would be great, please let me know.

. What forms should I fill out for my appeal for my spouse sponsorship case? and if anyone would have links to download them from .

. If there are other documents or proof that I should send along with the appeal forms?

. What is the address that we should send our appeal stuff to?

. How much does it cost to appeal?

. And finally, if anyone can recommend a good immigration lawyer who can help us with our appeal process, knowing that my wife (sponsor) lives in Ontario, please send me how to contact him/her.

Thank you very much in advance.

Was your case inland or outland? If it was inland there is really no appeal unless there was a clerical error (or you sent a document that they claimed they didn't get but you have proof they did, for example).

Here is a thread for appeal cases: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/all-spouse-appeal-cases-come-here-and-join-us-plz-t87619.0.html

It's usually faster (and cheaper) to simply re-apply, after correcting/addressing the reasons why the application was denied.

My case was outland, sorry I didn't clarify this from the begging.
Thank you for the link. i've read in it alot before but it was difficult to find everything I need to know within 569 pages :/

Why was your case rejected?

The rejection letter that you and or your spouse received should have the instructions to follow and where to send the appeal. As for what to send it is best to send information and backup to counter the reason for rejection. I recommend Roy Kellogg an immigration consultant 416-292-7295
