How to answer if i was refused visa to any other country for IMM 1294 form for study permit when the answer is yes?

I had visited Bahrain from Kuwait in 2017 and i had got e-visa within 1 day. Later I applied 3 times for e-visa in 2018 back to back because I could not believe that they rejected, I felt they made a mistake. In 2019 i applied again and i was rejected. So, total 4 times now. I asked the Bahrain visa officer for the reason but they said 'sorry'. Later in 2020 i found out that my country of citizenship, Bangladesh is banned from e-visa from Google. How do i overcome with the denial justification? Do i submit a screenshot and say i was denied because my country was banned but i didnt know back then until now? it shows my persistence which is negative for my SP...

Answer yes. Answer truthfully. Say you were denied a visa to Bahrain.

@jweekend thanks for replying. I will say yes but how to make it sound alright like it happens with people. country ban is a good answer because that's the truth but 4 times refusal is a big deal i believe..
